Weekly Journey into Elemental Energy & the Wisdom of the Seen and Unseen Worlds

The elements have long been recognised as gateways to deeper layers of awareness, consciousness and relationship with the living world. In this immersive workshop series, each element becomes a portal through which we explore both its tangible qualities and its subtler dimensions.
Through meditation, Qigong, somatic awareness, journaling, energy practices, and guided inner journeys, participants will be invited into direct relationship with the wisdom, intelligence, and presence of the elemental forces within and around them.
Each session begins with grounding and embodiment practices designed to cultivate energetic sensitivity and establish a receptive inner state. Through breath, movement, subtle energy exercises, and elemental awareness practices, participants learn to feel rather than think, developing a deeper connection with their own experience and the energetic qualities of each element.
From this foundation, participants will be guided into deeper meditative journeys, exploring the unseen dimensions of the elements and opening to direct experience, insight, symbolism, intuition, and communion with the living world.
Throughout the series, Gabi will guide the embodiment, energy cultivation and elemental awareness practices, while Marissa will facilitate guided journeys into the deeper consciousness and mysteries of each elemental realm. Elements of the Hermetic tradition, including the transmission and contemplation of selected letters of the Kabbalah, will also be woven into the experience.

Water — The Ancestors
Memory, feeling, intuition, lineage, emotional flow, and the deeper currents that shape our lives.
Fire — The Inner Teacher
Purpose, courage, transformation, vision, vitality, and the awakening of inner power.
Air — The Messengers
Dreams, inspiration, subtle perception, communication, higher guidance, and expanded awareness.
Ether/Akasha — The Great Mystery
The unifying field connecting all things; the space in which all elements arise and return.

About the Facilitators:
Marissa is the founder of Inner Temple and a teacher of Hermetics, Internal Alchemy, Qigong, and meditation. Her work weaves together ancient wisdom traditions and experiential practices, guiding participants to explore the seen and unseen dimensions of consciousness through direct experience.
Gabi is a facilitator of somatic practices, Qigong, meditation, and bodywork. Her work is informed by the Tibetan Tantric Buddhist lineage alongside practices of embodiment and subtle energy, inviting participants to cultivate awareness, refine perception, and deepen their relationship with themselves and the living world through direct experience.

Scholarships
In the spirit of accessibility and community, a limited number of scholarship places are available for local Indonesians and/or those experiencing genuine financial hardship.

Terms:
Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable.
If, having already enrolled, the student is unable to attend due to force majeure (or similar extreme emergency), fees can be ‘carried over’ for use in a subsequent course of equivalent value.
Enrolled students who find themselves unable to attend are advised to contact the instructor immediately to discuss.
If the student gives notice of being unable to attend once a workshop has begun, or simply fails to show up, it will not be possible to ‘carry over’ the registration for later.
The above terms of the Refund Policy will be strictly enforced.
Missed Sessions
Life happens and sometimes a participant might miss a session during the course of the workshop. In such circumstances, the participant has the opportunity to make up any lost training hours by booking additional session/s at a rate of USD$95.00 per hour. Any catch-up sessions can be scheduled during the afternoons or at the conclusion of the workshop and at the discretion of the instructor.
